Glide makes the PDF and the link. When the money arrives, tap Mark as paid.

Ready for UK rules
Sequential numbers, supply and invoice dates, and VAT at 20%, 5% or 0% per line, with totals before and after VAT.
Know where every invoice stands
Draft, sent, paid or overdue, as a clear word beside each one. Overdue is worked out from the due date, so you never have to check.
Send it your way
Email the customer a PDF and a private link, or download it and send it yourself. Glide records when it was sent and by whom.
Reminders, if you want them
Turn on polite reminders at the due date and at 7 and 14 days overdue. They are off until you choose.
Mistakes fixed the right way
A sent invoice is never edited or deleted. A credit note corrects it and stays linked to it.

Are Glide invoices valid in the UK?
Glide includes the details a UK limited company invoice needs, including company number, registered office and VAT details when you are VAT registered. We will have the template reviewed by an accountant before launch.
Can customers pay online?
Not in the first version. Your bank details are on every invoice, and you mark an invoice as paid when the money arrives. Part payments are recorded too.
Does Glide connect to my accounting software?
Not at first. Glide keeps every invoice as clear data and can export it for your accountant.
