Admin should glide.
Most HR and finance tools are built for accountants or HR departments. Glide is built for a 12-person company whose owner does the admin on a phone between jobs, and whose team has never used HR software.
Why we are building it
In a small business, admin hides in spreadsheets, chat threads and email. Time off is agreed in a message and forgotten. Payslips go out as attachments. Invoices are chased from memory. None of it is hard, but all of it takes time, and the time comes from the owner.
Glide puts people, pay and paperwork in one simple app, with one inbox for everything that needs you. The promise is less admin. The proof is that nobody needs training.

The name
Glide means movement without friction. Every screen is tested against it: if a task feels like effort, we have not finished.
